Canada / Israel: All-in-one vacation rental software Hostaway has announced a new partnership with Duve, the end-to-end guest experience platform formerly known as Wishbox.
The integration of Duve into Hostaway’s comprehensive marketplace will enable vacation rental managers to enhance and optimise guest experience at every point in their journey.
Hostaway’s platform is fast becoming a PMS of choice amongst property managers looking to scale up their business with the help of the company’s tools and integrations. It allows users to manage marketing, sales, accounting, reporting, payment and communication for their vacation rentals all in one place, with access to award-winning customer support.
The Toronto-headquartered company recently announced it had passed a milestone of 100 partners in its marketplace, to which Duve is the latest addition.
Duve provides digital guest management solutions using the latest in hospitality technology: from online check-in and mobile keys to an interactive guest app and pre-scheduled messages. Its recent rebranding marked the continued rapid growth of tech adoption, in particular contactless tech, in the industry.
Marcus Räder, CEO and co-founder of Hostaway, said: “We’re really excited to reveal this partnership with Duve today. Duve shares our vision of helping vacation rental managers increase their bottom line through technology, something we feel passionately about as a company founded from tech expertise.
“We have no doubt that with this new software integration at their disposal our users will be able to deliver quality experiences and communications to their guests during the current peak season and beyond,” he added.
Duve CEO David Mezuman said: “Vacation Rentals worldwide are relying on technology to live up to exceeding guest expectations and enhance guest engagement. We are delighted to partner with Hostaway and reach more property managers seeking to increase revenues and take advantage of our advanced guest management solutions.”
Räder will also be joining this week’s RockSTRz panel to discuss ‘The professionalisation of software’ on Tuesday 27 July at 4pm BST. Sign up for the no-cost session at this link.
