Hostaway and Minut announce partnership

Helsinki / Malmö: All-in-one vacation rental software Hostaway has announced a partnership with property monitoring company Minut.

Together, the two Nordic brands – Hostaway is Finnish but primarily based in Canada whilst Minut is headquartered in Sweden – offer vacation rental professionals the power of peace of mind through seamless property management and monitoring.

Hostaway’s PMS software enables its users to manage marketing, sales, accounting, reporting, payment and communication for their vacation rentals all in one place. Its mission is to provide the tools, integrations and customer-support to allow their clients to scale up their business – whilst at the same time having achieved record company growth month-on-month itself since last December.

Minut is the latest brand to join Hostaway’s comprehensive marketplace, which now offers over 100 integrations.

Offering noise and occupancy monitoring and home security through award-winning hardware, Minut ultimately helps hosts, guests and neighbours in over 100 countries share their community in a more harmonious, respectful way. The new integration with Hostaway will now enable property managers to collect all of their sensor and booking data in one place.

Marcus Rader, CEO and co-founder of Hostaway, said: “We are thrilled to announce this new partnership with Minut today, particularly as they are a fellow start-up with Nordic roots. The Hostaway team were impressed by the range and depth of intelligent functions that Minut can offer to property managers, especially at a time when safety and security of guests is paramount.”

Minut CEO Nils Erik Mattisson said: “We couldn’t be prouder to be adding Hostaway as our partner. At Minut, we always aim to work with industry leaders to help hosts and property managers protect their homes more efficiently. Together with Hostaway, we’re making it easier to monitor vacation rentals and quicker to solve noise issues.”

Hostaway has recently partnered with the likes of Boostly, Duve and Safely.com, while Minut last month launched a noise detector pilot programme in Prague in partnership with Airbnb.
