Opago to support GuestReady’s operations in London and Paris

UK: Short-term rental operations platform Opago has partnered with property management company GuestReady to provide housekeeping, linen and maintenance services across more than 500 homes in London and Paris.

GuestReady will use Opago’s tech-enabled platform and field teams to manage over 200 homes in London and more than 300 in Paris. The agreement forms part of GuestReady’s strategy to scale its operations while maintaining consistent guest experience across cities.

The partnership reflects growing demand for integrated operational solutions from professional short-term rental operators in competitive urban markets.

Alexander Limpert, CEO and co-founder of GuestReady, said: “As GuestReady scales its presence in Europe’s most competitive rental markets, operational excellence is critical. Opago’s combination of local execution and tech transparency allows us to meet our brand standards at scale, and ultimately deliver a better stay for every guest.”

Opago delivers hotel-style housekeeping using eco-certified products, closed-loop linen services, and both planned and reactive maintenance via its in-house teams. The company currently supports over 5,000 rental units across London.
