Who is Rachael?

Rachael spent a decade in the performing arts industry, producing high-stakes projects across three continents—from the Royal Opera House to Brisbane’s Queensland Performing Arts Centre.

Having built a career on the operational rigour and logistical precision required to deliver world-class experiences, she now applies that ‘Producer’s mindset’ to commercial growth within the Short-Term Rental sector. As Head of Growth at IHM, Rachael specialises in bridging the gap between physical assets, property technology, and institutional partnerships.
