UK: Holiday letting agency Travel Chapter has launched holidaylodges.co.uk and Glampingstays, two new platforms designed to meet growing demand for experience-led holiday options. The move comes shortly after the company’s acquisition of Beach Retreats.
The new brands are designed to meet the growing demand for alternative accommodation options while providing property owners with tailored support. holidaylodges.co.uk will offer lodges and log cabins in popular UK destinations, while Glampingstays will feature a selection of glamping options.
Jayne McClure, CEO of Travel Chapter, said: “With increasing interest in unique, experience-driven holidays, these new platforms offer a tailored service for park operators, lodge owners, and glamping hosts. This launch is a response to that demand and will help property owners access high-performing services while offering guests a curated collection of distinctive stays.”
The holidaylodges.co.uk platform also provides an option for park operators and lodge owners to list their properties and access Travel Chapter’s services. Glampingstays will focus on showcasing glamping options, offering an immersive outdoor experience with properties such as treehouses, shepherd’s huts.
The introduction of these two platforms reflects shifting trends in the holiday market, with more travellers opting for distinctive and experience-led stays. A recent survey found that one-third of UK holidaymakers prefer log cabins for unique getaways, while data from Travel Chapter indicates that properties with amenities like hot tubs attract up to 42% more bookings.
