US: Property management platform Guesty has launched a new AI-powered system designed to automate day-to-day operations for short-term rental managers.
The company unveiled “Agent Center”, describing it as a coordinated system of AI agents capable of handling tasks across revenue management, guest communication, operations, finance, marketing and reviews.
Guesty said the launch marks a shift from traditional property management software towards autonomous AI-driven workflows, allowing operators to scale portfolios without increasing headcount at the same pace.
The AI agents can be activated through Guesty’s platform and are designed to automate tasks that would traditionally require manual coordination between teams.
Guesty also announced the launch of a new Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, allowing external AI models and developer tools to connect directly with the company’s property management infrastructure.
Amiad Soto, co-founder and CEO of Guesty, said the industry is moving beyond software that simply helps operators manage tasks towards systems that can actively perform operational work.
Gil Wasserman, chief technology officer at Guesty, said the company’s AI strategy is focused on helping property managers automate operational complexity while maintaining control through defined safeguards and permissions.
The company said the system has been built using operational data from more than half a million active listings across its platform.
