US: Belvilla has expanded its presence in Belgium through a new partnership with vacation rental management company Holiday House Service (HHS).
Under the agreement, HHS has become Belvilla’s official Homeowner Advisor in Belgium, supporting homeowners across the Ardennes and Belgian coast while managing nearly 700 properties on the platform.
The family-owned company will act as the primary point of contact for homeowners and provide services including property management, cleaning, quality control and operational support.
Belvilla said the partnership is designed to strengthen its position in Belgium, a key market for the business, while offering local support alongside international distribution.
According to the companies, HHS manages 695 vacation homes on the Belvilla platform and added a significant number of new properties during the first quarter of 2026.
Ankit Tandon, CEO Europe and COO of PRISM, said the partnership combines local expertise with Belvilla’s international reach to support future growth in the market.
Belvilla is part of OYO Vacation Homes, which sits within hospitality and travel technology group PRISM.
