US: Vacation rental platform StayTerra has partnered with Gather Vacations, expanding its portfolio to more than 2,000 homes and adding destinations across Hawaii, California and Washington.
Under the partnership, Gather will join StayTerra’s portfolio of regional vacation rental brands while retaining its existing leadership. CEO Andreea Grigore and the wider management team will continue to lead the business, supported by StayTerra’s resources and capabilities.

StayTerra’s existing portfolio includes Moving Mountains in Colorado, Vacation Homes of Hilton Head in South Carolina, and Cape & Coast and Prime Vacations in Florida.
The addition of Gather extends the platform’s presence to the West Coast and Hawaii while taking its total portfolio beyond 2,000 homes under management.
Raincatcher acted as the exclusive adviser to Gather. Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
Kothari joined StayTerra as CEO in August 2026.
