Airbnb names first three UK members of professional co-host program

UK: Airbnb has announced agreements with three host management companies, Air Agents, Pass the Keys and BnB Buddy.

Through the program,ย Airbnbย will “share hosting best practices, provide additional platform support and enable direct API integration to Air Agents, Pass the Keys and BnB Buddy. The goal is to make it easier for more people to list their homes with confidence and ease, helping them to offer the kind of local and authentic experiences guests on Airbnb have come to expect”.

Air Agents, Pass the Keys and BnB Buddy provide services including helping hosts communicate with guests, cleaning properties, coordinating check-ins and exchanging keys, providing estimates of what hosts could earn on Airbnb, and advice on how to create an attractive listing page to increase bookings.

Air Agents is a London-based property management company, managing properties on behalf of corporate clients and individual owners. BnBbuddy is Scotland’s first established property management company and one of the first to serve hosts professionally throughout the UK.ย  Pass The Keys, a London-headquartered venture-backed start-up was created by two university friends, Zoe Vu and Alex Lyakhotskiy in 2015. It started life as a company which helped people list their properties on Airbnb, and now has evolved into a full-service property management company.
