anyLife sells asset portfolio to 360 Suítes in Brazil

Brazil: São Paulo-based proptech management company anyLife has announced that it has sold its asset portfolio to furnished apartment brand 360 Suítes.

anyLife was founded by brothers Henrique Yunes Martins Motta and Gustavo Yunes Motta in January 2020 on the eve of the Covid-19 pandemic, with the mission to “revolutionise” the management of apartment rentals, focusing especially on compact apartments aimed at short-term rentals.

Having started out initially with just four units, anyLife grew its portfolio over time to 1,000 units under management, including the management of entire buildings.

In early 2022, anyLife secured seed funding from alternative investment management firm Jive Investments, which enabled the company to increase its portfolio in Brazil and target expansion into other states, including Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Rio Grande do Norte.

In a statement, the Yunes Motta brothers said: “It is with immense happiness and gratitude that we share a remarkable news in our lives. After more than four years of intense dedication and many challenges and achievements, anyLife reaches a new milestone: the sale of the asset portfolio to 360 Suítes.

“This transaction goes beyond the completion of a virtuous cycle filled with significant learnings; It symbolises the transformative impact we have been able to generate in the real estate market, especially focused on residential income,” they added.
