Athens-based Livin Urbban aims to expand property portfolio in Greece by 2020

Greece: Athens-based property management company, Livin Urbban, is aiming to expand its portfolio and manage more than 300 properties in Greece by the end of 2020.

The company, which was founded in 2016, specialises in the management of fully-equipped accommodation units of all types, including short-term rentals, offering innovative solutions to enhance its property portfolio.

Livin Urbban offers a range of strategic and efficient options with the aim of providing a full project package for finding, buying, renting, rebuilding, refurbishing and subleasing, in addition to managing each individual property for tourism purposes.

Today, Livin Urbban manages more than 100 properties throughout Greece, including those located in the key triangle area of Syntagma – Monastiraki – Plaka, in the heart of the capital, Athens.

The co-founder of Livin Urbban, Dimitrios Ioannou-Dimas, said the company had invested heavily over the past two years to expand its property, location and service offerings in the Greek capital in the near future.

Ioannou-Dimas said: “Athens offers great potential for development and since tourism is the country’s main industry it will support a constant percentage in development and expansion. Our next step is to develop all over Greece.”

The corporate identity of Livin Urbban is centred on versatility, as the company cooperates with overseas investors and citizens and also assists with full support packages for the issuance of golden visas for non-European citizens.
