The co-founder of Livin Urbban, Dimitrios Ioannou-Dimas, said the company had invested heavily over the past two years to expand its property, location and service offerings in the Greek capital in the near future.

Ioannou-Dimas said: “Athens offers great potential for development and since tourism is the country’s main industry it will support a constant percentage in development and expansion. Our next step is to develop all over Greece.”

The corporate identity of Livin Urbban is centred on versatility, as the company cooperates with overseas investors and citizens and also assists with full support packages for the issuance of golden visas for non-European citizens.
