Grupo Select currently manages more than 50 properties in the Cancun and Playa del Carmen areas, including Hotel AcroIris in Tulum, according to a company press release.

Javier Naranjo from Grupo Select said: “We are pleased to transfer property management operations to Casago, as they have a stellar reputation for customer service and for marketing the vacation rental properties that they manage. Our property owners should know that they are in great hands with the team at Casago.”
Casago, which has its headquarters in Scottsdale, has served property owners throughout the American Southwest and Mexico since 2001. With 14 existing markets, the latest partnership expands the existing Casago footprint in the Yucatán Peninsula.
Casago founder and CEO, Steve Schwab, said: “We feel privileged to take over management operations of the Grupo Select properties and will manage them with the same level of care and service that we offer our other properties across North America.
“Our advanced marketing tools will also help generate more interest from potential renters for these properties and increase reservation rates,” he added.
Property owners will have access to Casago’s tracking software, which it claims provides “full real-time transparency for monitoring reservations, maintenance, billings, revenue, and maid service”.
Casago will add listings to 200 vacation rental platforms, reaching a potential 24 million guests and 11,000 travel agents to help owners increase bookings.
Formerly known as Sea Side Reservations, Casago provides vacation rental and property management services across Mexico and in select cities across the United States.
