“Ultra-luxury” Domus Stay to launch this spring

UK: A London-based company promising to be the new face of “ultra-luxury short-term rentals”, Domus Stay, is set to launch this spring and offer guests short-term rental access to the capital’s “most outstanding” homes.

The properties, located in the capital’s most desired and vibrant neighbourhoods, have been described as the “chicest of design-led homes”, in which guests will be able to benefit from a dedicated guest services specialist,  committed to fulfilling every request, however big or small.

Combining the very best of residential living with the quality of a five-star hotel stay, Domus Stay seeks to provide guests with exceptional personal service, a 360-degree seamless lifestyle, and fuss-free modern living.

Personally rooted, the guest specialist serves to nurture and build a close-knit relationship with clients, and to offer itineraries, providing a holistic end-to-end experience. Bespoke services on demand – from entertainment and health and wellbeing experiences, to everyday essentials such as housekeeping and scheduled travel  – help to take care of every aspect of the stay, ensuring a “one-of-a-kind” tailored experience.

Celebrating the best of British throughout, the homes have incorporated cutting-edge interior design with personal and nostalgic touches, such as books for bedtime reading, cashmere blankets and bathrooms stocked with organic Bamford products, to complete the make-yourself at home experience.

As Domus Stay highlights the importance of health and safety for travellers, exclusively designed face masks have been made available through a partnership between the company and local female tailor Caroline Andrew. Andrew will also offer bespoke guest services, including private shopping and personal consultations, in a bid to support local businesses, which is one of the company’s sustainable keystones that ensures it is speaking to the future of travel and design.

Guests staying with Domus Stay this season will be able to benefit from exclusive access, rates and experiences including:

  • A day of discovery with the ‘Queen of Thrift’ Bay Garnett exploring London’s best places to shop for pre-loved and vintage items.
  • Country pursuits with British heritage brand Holland & Holland, with complimentary British Fizz on arrival, access to the exclusive grounds, and use of their prized equipment during a private lesson.
  • An arts workshop with illustrator John Booth in the comfort of home or at his studio. Known for his work with Paul Smith and FENDI, Booth will help master the perfect figurative illustration using his signature mixed media style.

Domus Stay COO Rachel Angell said: “Our properties at Domus Stay are perfectly placed to offer safe experiences for guests and a home-away-from-home.

“One of the most important differentiators for us is our team’s warm service. Their specialised attention to detail emphasises privacy, security, access and convenience, which really sets us apart.

“Their bespoke management of the property, adding all the homely touches and customisation, is also to a level not seen in short-term rentals before. We’re very excited to welcome our first guests this spring and offer an important new and differentiated voice to London’s luxury arena,” she added.

Created by Domus Nova – the expert team of international property specialists with the knowledge and keys to the most exceptional properties in London and Ibiza – Domus Stay aims to offer homeowners peace of mind, convenience and flexibility. Complete with expert marketing capabilities and an emphasis on providing excellent personal service, the company says it looks after each property as if it were its own.
