GuestReady appoints Aubier as global head of operations

Worldwide: London-based short- and mid-term rental management company, GuestReady, which operates across Europe and the Middle East, has announced the appointment of Kasia Aubier as its global head of operations.

With more than ten years of experience, Aubier will strengthen, structure and develop the global operations team, with more than ten new hires planned in the next three months.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Transportation and Logistics, as well as a Master’s degree in International Business from Gdansk University in Poland, Aubier began her career with industrial gases firm Air Products, before moving on to Mercedes and then to micro-mobility sharing company Wind Mobility as its EMEA supply chain manager.

Since then, Aubier joined last-mile B2B delivery platformย Stuart, first as its country manager for France and Poland, and then as global performance manager and global head of customer support operations.

She will remain in Barcelona where she has been based for the past 12 years. Her appointment coincides with GuestReady’s recent expansion into Spain.

Alexander Limpert, co-founder and CEO of GuestReady, said: “Itโ€™s a significant step for GuestReady, strengthening our executive team with a professional like Kasia, who brings extensive operations, customer service and logistics experience from companies such as Wind Mobility and Stuart where she was overseeing the delivery of over five million orders per month as head of customer service operations.”ย

As global head of operations, Aubier will be responsible for organising and overseeing all of GuestReadyโ€™s processes and operations. Working alongside the global operations team, she will ensure team productivity, coordination across the company and continuous improvement of processes.

In addition to increasing GuestReady’s operational efficiency, Aubier will be tasked with developing the global operations team with more than ten new hires expected in the coming quarter. The strengthened team, coupled with Aubier’s leadership, will support GuestReady’s accelerating growth in Europe and the Middle East.

Aubier said: “My goal is to strengthen operations by creating processes that connect all the regions we operate in. Our ability to work hand in hand with all GuestReady teams, especially the tech team, will allow us to implement the best solutions and further streamline our operations.

“Within the real estate industry, property management is the segment that has seen the most progress in the past years, developing very fast thanks to technological leaps. Within that, GuestReadyโ€™s hyper-growth has been fascinating to observe from the sideline, and I cannot be more excited to get involved,” she added.
