Worldwide: London-based short- and mid-term rental management company, GuestReady, which operates across Europe and the Middle East, has announced the appointment of Kasia Aubier as its global head of operations.
With more than ten years of experience, Aubier will strengthen, structure and develop the global operations team, with more than ten new hires planned in the next three months.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Transportation and Logistics, as well as a Master’s degree in International Business from Gdansk University in Poland, Aubier began her career with industrial gases firm Air Products, before moving on to Mercedes and then to micro-mobility sharing company Wind Mobility as its EMEA supply chain manager.
Since then, Aubier joined last-mile B2B delivery platform Stuart, first as its country manager for France and Poland, and then as global performance manager and global head of customer support operations.
She will remain in Barcelona where she has been based for the past 12 years. Her appointment coincides with GuestReady’s recent expansion into Spain.

As global head of operations, Aubier will be responsible for organising and overseeing all of GuestReady’s processes and operations. Working alongside the global operations team, she will ensure team productivity, coordination across the company and continuous improvement of processes.
In addition to increasing GuestReady’s operational efficiency, Aubier will be tasked with developing the global operations team with more than ten new hires expected in the coming quarter. The strengthened team, coupled with Aubier’s leadership, will support GuestReady’s accelerating growth in Europe and the Middle East.
