iTrip Vacations opens management firm in Seattle

US: iTrip Vacations has expanded its property management programme in Washington with the opening of iTrip Vacations Seattle.

The newly-branded property management company is owned by Karen and Ken Hunt and has launched as the latest iTrip Vacations destination.

The short-term rental property management company serves rental owners and guests in the entire Seattle region, from Snoqualmie Ridge to Bainbridge Island and Lynnwood to Tukwilla. The full-service programme will focus on increasing net rental income and guest satisfaction, while providing international marketing, free light maintenance, 24/7 property care and automatic-response systems.
