Jetstream and Enso Connect team up to digitise guest interactions

Canada: All-in-one technology platform Jetstream Hospitality Solutions has partnered with guest experience platform Enso Connect to digitise all guest interactions.

The goal of the partnership is to provide accommodation owners and property managers with streamlined operations; effectively reducing operational and labour costs, all while personalising the guest experience.

From AI-driven communication to a customisable experience marketplace, and an industry-specific CRM, Enso Connect’s guest experience operating system will support Jetstream’s full-service guest-focused technology platform.

With the increased professionalisation of this industry, Jetstream says that it now has the guest-focused infrastructure to meet global changing customer needs and scale quicker.

Within the spectrum of services offered by Jetstream, 24/7 communication delivered by a global multilingual team is how Jetstream is aiming to deliver top-of-the-line guest experiences. With the latest integration, however, Enso Connect has allowed Jetstream to automate up to 65 per cent of guest messages across multiple channels, enabling the team to focus on meaningful and personalised guest journeys and reducing operational costs at scale.

Jetstream CEO Emmanuel Lavoie said: “Jetstream has partnered with Enso Connect to provide enhanced guest communications, answering over 100,000 messages for hundreds of hospitality partners and tens of thousands of guests. Enso Connect provides scalability and significant time savings.

“Their automation features provide our guests with a fast seamless response to booking inquiries, guest information, and satisfaction surveys,” he added.

The latest AI in the Enso Connect platform not only allows operators to automate communication but also recognises the sentiment of conversations and helps make data-driven decisions.

Looking ahead, Enso Connect is planning to introduce new features and tools in a bid to enhance guest experiences in hospitality accommodations. The most recent one is the Boarding Pass, a comprehensive tool for guest onboarding, which was released in January 2022.

Mieke Hoekman, chief product officer of Jetstream, said: “Partnering with Enso Connect is of great benefit to Jetstream and we are excited to see new innovations from Enso Connect to help our business grow and provide the best guest delight in the industry.”

Enso Connect CEO Francois Gouelo said: “Jetstream and Enso Connect share the values of forward-thinking, innovation and personalisation for the industry. This collaboration enables us to work together towards empowering the accommodation owners and managers to maximise revenues and seize opportunities in the growing short-term rental market.”

Enso Connect announced in November that it had secured just shy of $2 million in seed funding. The round was led by early stage fund Mantella Venture Partners, with strategic investments from Michael Hyatt, and participation from Mistral Ventures, Cowie Capital and Wheelhouse CEO Andrew Kitchell.

Jetstream CEO Emmanuel Lavoie will be joining the expert panel for ShortTermRentalz’ RockSTRz webinar series in a session on “The new categories of flexible living” on Tuesday 5 April at 4pm BST. Sign up for the no-cost session at this link.
