US: Key Data co-founder and CEO Jason Sprenkle will retire at the end of May as part of a planned leadership transition at the company.

The business said president Dustin Downing will succeed Sprenkle as CEO, while Sprenkle will remain involved through his position on the board.

Downing was appointed president in April and will oversee the company’s next phase of growth, including expansion of product capabilities and international operations.
