UAE / Dubai: Maison Privee has become the first vacation rental business in Dubai to be recognised under the World Travel and Tourism [ WTTC ] Safe Stamp programme.
The award endorses that specific health and hygiene protocols, outlined by WTTC, have been implemented, providing an additional layer of assurance for guests to experience safe travels. It was launched at the end of May as a measure to inspire travellers’ confidence and speed up the travel industry’s recovery in the wake of the Covid-19 outbreak.
The protocols adopted as part of this program take into account World Health Organisation [WHO] and the United States’ Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC] guidelines. The objective is to ensure that protocols are in place across all relevant functions with an increased focus on health, safety and social distancing guidance which travellers will need and expect.
Maison Privee co-founder and managing director, Paul Mallee, said: “Maison Privee is proud to be accredited by the WTTC as part of the Safe Travels programme and is delighted to assure its guests that every effort is being made to prove a safe and comfortable stay with us.”
Co-founder and managing director, Rami Shamaa, said: “We have developed a suite of measures, including the adoption of WTTC protocols and rapid Covid-19 diagnostics, to ensure the health and safety of employees, staff and guests.
“These measures really provide a great sense of security in knowing that every possible step is being taken to ensure protection from Covid-19,” he added.
