US:Â Dynamic pricing and revenue management solution provider, Pricelabs, has been certified as an official Booking.com Connectivity Partner and introduced a direct integration to simplify pricing automation for short-term rental property managers.
The revenue management and market data platform, which supports pricing for more than 500,000 accommodation listings globally, said the integration will enable users to optimise rates and apply dynamic pricing strategies on Booking.com without the need for a property management system.
PriceLabs said the connection allows operators to update rates and minimum stay rules in real time while reducing manual work and minimising pricing errors across multiple channels. The company added that the move is aimed at helping hosts improve efficiency and revenue performance, particularly for those managing properties without a complex technology stack.
