RedAwning expands guest experience partnership with Amazon

US: Vacation rental property network RedAwning has announced it has expanded its partnership with Amazon in order to further elevate the guest experience. 

RedAwning already offers Smart Concierge services powered by Amazon Alexa for Hospitality in a selection of its vacation rentals, and it is now adding two Amazon-powered guest enhancements: 

  • The first is the ability to easily filter for Amazon PrimeNow delivery services on RedAwning. This will enable guests to book with confidence knowing deliveries can be seamlessly sent to their rental of choice soon after checking in.
  • The second addition is the RedAwning Hospitality Store at the Amazon website here.

The curated RedAwning Amazon Store includes eco-friendly bath amenities, cleaning supplies, and high-quality linens and accessories needed to enhance a guest’s stay. RedAwning says it is making it easier for property owners and managers to purchase high-quality products and provide consistent, hotel-level experiences for guests as a result.
