Australia: Fully-integrated payment system RMS Pay has broke the €1 billion mark in transactions just over a year since launching.
Embedded within its property management system, RMS said its service has decreased frustration and conflict for operators through secure pre-authorisations, scheduled charges to reconciliation and reporting and dispute resolution.
RMS also said operators report a 99.95 per cent dispute-free rate with fewer no-shows and faster cash flow, helped by features like Charge to Room and Pay by Link.
“Payments have become one of the most important touchpoints in the guest journey,” said CEO Adam Seskins. “Guests expect fast, flexible and secure payment options, and if those expectations aren’t met, they’ll go elsewhere. With RMS Pay, we’re creating a platform that helps operators stay ahead of these expectations, reduce fraud, operational friction and deliver a smoother, more personalised experience from the very first interaction.”
