Worldwide: The 20 shortlists for the 2024 Shortyz Awards will be officially unveiled on Thursday 4 April at 3pm BST.
The shortlists will be announced in a video to go live at shorttermrentalz.com and on our social media channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube and X [formerly Twitter]. Each shortlist will include between three and eight individuals or companies, depending on the number of entries that were received in each category.
Once the shortlists have been revealed, a voting period will begin on Friday 5 April [more details to be announced in due course] and last until Wednesday 10 April across all 20 categories. The 20 winners will all be decided by a 50:50 split between the judge scores and the public vote, and they will be announced at the in-person awards ceremony on Tuesday 23 April in London.
Once again, almost 400 entries were received from around the world, showcasing the innovation and creativity on offer across the global short-term rental industry.
