sojo launches new line of sustainable amenity products

US: sojo, which claims to be the vacation rental industry’s first automated amenity platform, has partnered with servicing company Well & Good Professional Services as its anchor client to introduce sojo REFILL.

sojo REFILL is described as an eco-friendly option that offers an alternative that cuts down on single-use plastics and eliminates amenity waste. The line includes sustainable amenities for the bathroom, kitchen and laundry.

Property managers receive free customised pump bottles for use throughout their home and utilise a reservation-based system to schedule refills that ship automatically based on their desired schedule. On turn days, bottles need to be topped off, giving more value and cutting back on waste.

Clients have the benefit of keeping their brand front and centre while making an environmentally-friendly shift and cutting down on shipment frequency.

Well & Good Professional Services provides full-service turnover on short-term rental properties and is available in a growing assortment of markets [15+] throughout the United States. Through professional cleaning, off-site laundry / linen replacement and full amenity restocking, the company seeks to take on the full weight of the logistical process required to turn over a short-stay property.

In February, sojo raised $6.2 million in a Series A funding round led by Ballast Point Ventures and Key Data Dashboard CEO Jason Sprenkle. At the time, the company said that it would use the funding to invest in technology and personnel to automatically ship the best-fit amenities, gifts and more for each guest’s stay.
