Lodge manufacturer Virtue Bespoke Lodges secures investment
UK: Virtue Bespoke Lodges, a manufacturer of bespoke luxury lodges for holiday parks, has secured a six-figure investment.
The funding arrives from NPIF – FW Capital Debt Finance, managed by FW Capital and part of the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund [NPIF], which provides debt and equity finance to growing businesses across the North of England.
Virtue Bespoke Lodges is using the investment to acquire a new 18,600 square feet warehouse situated on Howley Industrial Park in Warrington, as well as to accelerate job creation and to fund new projects.
Launched in 2022 by Steve Mattocks and Rob Cook, Virtue Bespoke Lodges sets out to give holiday park owners the opportunity to offer clients a lodge that meets their requirements, especially from a sustainability and technology perspective.
Steve Mattocks, managing director at Virtue Bespoke Lodges, told Insider Media: “Our mission is to bring bespoke design and individuality to holiday parks, whilst maintaining a strong focus on achieving and driving sustainability within the sector. Rob and I are both excited about the fast growth we have achieved since our launch in August and the increased demand for our unique design service.
“The funding from FW Capital is instrumental in our future growth and the support from Simon has been incredible. He went above and beyond, making the whole funding process much easier,” he added.
