Hospitable surpasses $1 million in cleaner payments

US: Property management software provider Hospitable has processed more than $1 million in payments to cleaners and service providers through its platform, reflecting a broader shift towards property managers managing day-to-day operations within a single property management system (PMS).

The company said payments to cleaners and service teams are now exceeding $500,000 per month through its platform, allowing property managers to source vetted cleaners, assign work, verify completed jobs and process payments without leaving their existing Hospitable subscription.

The milestone builds on Hospitable’s Cleaner Marketplace and Hospitable Tasks, which together provide access to more than 150,000 screened cleaners and service providers.

Hospitable said the move comes as operational reliability remains a key challenge for the sector. Research commissioned by the company found that 34.3% of hosts and property managers lost bookings or received negative reviews in 2025 due to staffing issues, while almost 40% reported difficulties finding dependable local cleaners.

The company argues that consolidating operational workflows within a PMS can reduce administrative complexity and improve coordination as property portfolios expand.

Pierre-Camille Hamana, founder and CEO of Hospitable, said: “The PMS is evolving from a system that records reservations into the operating system for the entire business.

“Every reservation creates operational work, whether that’s cleaning, maintenance or guest communication. Managing those workflows and the people behind them from the same platform gives managers more visibility, fewer manual processes and a much more resilient business.”

Founded in 2016, Hospitable has expanded its platform beyond guest messaging to include AI-powered automation, dynamic pricing, direct bookings, rental agreements, security deposits, team coordination and payments.

The announcement follows Hospitable’s recent expansion of its automated lodging tax compliance solution across all 50 US states, as property management platforms continue to broaden their operational capabilities beyond traditional reservation management.
