HomeToGo revenue rises 72% following Interhome acquisition

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Germany: HomeToGo recorded revenue of €160.1 million during the first half of 2026, an increase of 71.8 per cent year on year, following the integration of Interhome.

Revenue from HomeToGo_PRO, the group’s business-to-business segment, increased 250.5 per cent to €105.2 million. The rise was driven mainly by the consolidation of Interhome, which HomeToGo acquired in 2025.

HomeToGo_PRO now generates approximately 66 per cent of the group’s total revenue. Its adjusted EBITDA reached €1.7 million, compared with a €0.6 million loss one year earlier.

Revenue from the consumer-facing HomeToGo Marketplace fell from €65.5 million to €58.8 million as the company reduced advertising spending and prioritised profitability.

The marketplace’s adjusted EBITDA loss narrowed by 16 per cent to €16.8 million. Its booking revenue backlog reached €71.9 million at the end of the period.

At group level, HomeToGo’s adjusted EBITDA loss narrowed by 26.6 per cent to €15.1 million. Free cash flow improved from a €5 million outflow to €48.2 million.

The company also launched HomeToGo Originals as an umbrella brand for property management companies Interhome and Kraushaar.

Patrick Andrae, co-founder and CEO of HomeToGo, said: “We delivered record half-year IFRS revenues, made clear progress on group profitability and reached a major milestone in our brand harmonisation with the launch of HomeToGo Originals.”

HomeToGo maintained its full-year forecast of between €400 million and €410 million in revenue and adjusted EBITDA of between €45 million and €47 million.
