Spain: Short-term rental software provider Avantio has launched a new pricing tool to help property managers optimise revenue and pricing strategies.
Announced at The Avantio Partnership event in Valencia (28–29 February), the tool leverages real-time market data from platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo to recommend optimal rates based on seasonal demand and guest booking trends.
Dynamic pricing tools are becoming essential for short-term rental operators looking to compete with larger companies. According to Avantio, half of its customers still do not use dynamic pricing tools, which can lead to undervalued listings during peak seasons or overpriced rates in low-demand periods.
By adopting revenue management strategies, property owners can maximise occupancy, increase length of stay, and boost earnings.
Mohit Jagawat, who joined the company last year, highlighted the need for greater accessibility in revenue management. “Dynamic pricing has become an essential tool in revenue management, yet many property managers still find it complex or inaccessible,” he said.
“This launch is just the first step toward a smarter, automated, and accessible revenue management ecosystem,” Jagawat added.
