US: Short-term rental and hospitality startup, AvantStay, has added a 20-acre estate in La Quinta, California – Cavallo Ranch – to its rental portfolio.
Described as an “experiential desert escape in the heart of the Coachella Valley”, Cavallo Ranch is AvantStay’s newest premier property. According to the company, the secluded estate is ideal for company offsites, intimate gatherings or the perfect family getaway.
Starting at $3,500 a night, the eight-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 26 people.
Inspired by the love of Polo and born from the desire to create a one-of-a-kind vacation, AvantStay CEO Sean Breuner said: “Cavallo’s best-in-class services guarantee you the luxury of a hotel, while the privacy and endless on-site activities and amenities allow you to rediscover adventure from the comfort of your home.
“With the majority of travellers seeking active-lifestyle getaways in non-urban, drive-to destinations, Cavallo is built for the new breed of traveller, offering a bespoke high-end experience,” he added.
Its activities and amenities include: Infinity pool and spa; personal chef; freshwater lake with private beach; paddle boards and boat; polo field and ten-stall barn fitted for weddings and events; polo bar and entertainment room; weight room and gym; outdoor dining with Spanish-style “parilla” grill; beach volleyball, basketball, tennis and bocce courts; certified CDC-compliant cleaning services; spa and party packages; and 24/7 concierge.
Earlier this year, the technology-first hospitality brand announced that it had launched a partnership with Pacific Western Bank with the closing of a long-term debt facility. The capital was set to be used to support the company’s continued growth into new markets and increase the number of properties in its portfolio pre-pandemic.
