US: Property operations and services platform, Breezeway, has announced its partnership with vacation and short-term rental market data provider, Key Data, to develop enhanced analytics, reporting and benchmarking around maintenance, inspections and housekeeping operations.
Together, these toolsย will offer data-driven views of the core operations that run day-to-day lodging businesses.
Key Data CEO Jason Sprenkle said: “Through an increasingly broad set of business intelligence and benchmarking tools, weโve been able toย help managers better understand their businesses and better adjust to data in real time, but most of the data in the space has focused on revenue management,ย sales, and marketing, while the toughest part of property management remains the core operations likeย housekeeping and maintenance.
“Breezewayโs technology has made runningย operations much easier for managers, and weโre thrilled to join forces, dig into the data, and surfaceย better insights and benchmarking around this core aspect of the business,” he added.
Jeremy Gall, founder and CEO of Breezeway, said: “Breezeway’s users understand the importance of structured, well-run operations driven by consistentย and repeatable processes. Joining forces with Keyย Data will help provide deeper reporting and insights to our mutual customers, and drive additional valueย to professionals who continue to lead the industry with automated and data-driven operations.
“Weโre proud to be working with Key Data to combine the technology and data insights ourย customers need to stay ahead of the competition,” he added.
Key Data has also announced that it has a $5 million Series B investment round, which was led by Ballast Point Ventures.
