London: Short-term rental firm City Relay has announced it is planning to increase its London presence by opening its second โReception Spaceโ concept next month.
The lettings firm is to officially open the Reception Space on Goldhawk Road in Shepherdโs Bush in June as part of plans to expand its operations across the capital.
The concept will provide guests and property owners with access to face-to-face advice, ID checks, key handovers and tailored services, such as housekeeping, maintenance and 24-hour guest support.
The announcement follows on from securing what it called a โsubstantialโ investment in a funding round after launching its Earlโs Court Reception Space.
Founded in 2015, City Relay has plans in the pipeline to establish a space in Victoria, as well as to open an additional 25 Reception Spaces across London by 2026.
Maxime Leufroy-Murat, founder and chief executive of City Relay, told BDaily: โWe are delighted to announce that our newest Reception Space will be opening in June, on the back of recent investment funding.
โCity Relay was founded to provide for Londonโs homeowners who want a fully-managed service when short-letting their home; our expanding presence in the capital helps us to deliver a more tailored service.
โThe London short-let market is young but expanding at pace as Londoners continue to realise the financial benefits that can be gained from short letting their home,โ he added.
