Coldwell Banker Island Properties makes key Hawaii acquisition

Hawaii: Coldwell Banker Island Properties has acquired Coldwell Banker Makai Properties on the island of Kauai.

Makai Properties’ agent group has combined with Coldwell Banker Island Properties Ohana and will continue to operate under the Coldwell Banker Island Properties brand.

Coldwell Banker Island Properties’ latest program is the Coldwell Banker Island Vacations short-term property management program, which claims to provide “professional transaction coordination in-house, best-in-class agent training and productivity programs, and other professional support services for its agents”.

Meanwhile, Island Properties has launched its Coldwell Banker Island Vacations Property Management program to include the island of Kauai.

General manager Amanda Franta said: “We are a luxury property management company with an exclusive team of professionals focused on delivering exceptional service. We have been in the vacation rental business since 2001, currently managing 100-plus rental properties in Hawaii, including condos, villas and private homes.

“We are very active in the luxury market. We are an internationally-recognised brand that offers hands-on service and focus to each individual property with unparalleled quality and care,” she added.

The Kauai division will be spearheaded by sales manager Brooke Frazier and vacation rental property manager Barbara Watts.

The company is also seeking to expand its team with well-managed brokerages, real estate professionals and property management companies.

Coldwell Banker Island Properties operates one of the largest multi-office real estate brokerages in Hawaii on three different islands.
