US: Artificial intelligence-powered hospitality technology company Conduit has launched a platform designed to automate daily operations across hotels, serviced apartments and short-term rentals.
The company has expanded its guest messaging platform with a suite of pre-built AI agents covering guest services, sales, housekeeping and owner communications.
The platform enables operators to manage reservations, cleaning schedules, guest enquiries, refunds and maintenance requests through a single system.
Conduit said the technology can also coordinate workflows across multiple software platforms and escalate issues to staff when human intervention is required.
The launch includes a new no-code interface that allows hospitality teams to configure and manage AI agents without requiring technical expertise.
Cole Rubin, chief executive officer and co-founder of Conduit, said: “Hospitality operators don’t want to become AI plumbers. They want systems that already understand how their operations work and can coordinate vendors, resolve issues and execute reliably.”
Founded in 2024 and backed by Y Combinator, Conduit said it has already processed more than 50 million guest and operational messages across more than 100,000 properties globally, including over 10 million voice interactions.
