FantasticStay reaches agreement to acquire Vreasy
Bulgaria / Spain: Vacation rental management platform FantasticStay has confirmed that it has reached an agreement to acquire Vreasy, a rental software platform and channel manager based in Barcelona.
Under the terms of the deal, FantasticStay will continue to run Vreasy as it is for the foreseeable future and it will waive all software fees for the next free months for its users; an arrangement that became effective on 1 April.
Vreasy’s customer-facing team will remain the same and they will join the FantasticStay team with immediate effect to work with the company’s existing entire user base.
All of Vreasy’s technical team will also remain part of the our newly-created workforce, as the company aims to “empower its vision of providing the greatest tools for vacation rental managers and hosts”.
FantasticStay CEO and owner, Ivan Nikolov, said: “For some years now, we have been building on this simple principle – it should be directly instrumental in helping the property managers using it to grow their business. It started as an instrument to successfully grow our vacation rental business and that has always been in its DNA.

We will simply have more resources to continue building products that delight our customers by bringing great value to them.
