Florida: Bay Gardens Resorts, an operated family of hotels, has added a private luxury villa vacation rental facility called Waters Edge to its portfolio.
The facility includes two villas surrounded by tropical gardens with views of the Rodney Bay Marina. It arrives after Bay Gardens opened the 35-room Bay Gardens Marina Haven last summer.
Managing director Joyce Destang said the company timed the opening to coincide with the start of the peak winter season, and the response had been very positive.
She said: “These villas represent our top tier offering across the Bay Gardens growing brand of hotels and resorts.”
She then added that the accommodations were ideally and affordably suited for groups and families.
Destang, who was primarily responsible for the design, layout and vision of the upmarket accommodations, explained that the vision behind the villas was to amalgamate luxury villa living with access to resort life. Guests can opt for a relaxing secluded experience or make use of the experiences at any of the neighbouring Bay Gardens properties.
To access Bay Gardens, guests can take a complimentary shuttle service or walk the short trip. There is also unlimited access to the resort group’s Splash Island Water Park, as well as non-motorised water sports activities.
The exclusive, invite-only event announcing the Waters Edge addition focused on the luxury travel market bringing together world-renowned travel agency owners and managers with luxury suppliers to cultivate collaboration, share insights, and help carve a path into the future of luxury travel.
Each fully air-conditioned villa has four bedrooms with king and double beds, a living room with complimentary Wi-Fi, a private swimming pool and terrace among its main features. Guests also have access to their own concierge service.
Through its concierge service, Bay Gardens provides tailored in-villa dining experiences. For a limited time, visitors who book seven or more nights up until 28 January 2019) will receive a complimentary private half-day catamaran charter experience.
