Canada: Montreal-based turnkey interior designer and furniture rental service, Fülhaus, has been selected by software and data analytics provider, RealPage, as the preferred furniture, fixtures and equipment provider [FF&E] for its new apartment home sharing solution, Migo.
RealPage announced in June that it was partnering exclusively with Airbnb to launch Migo, in order to provide a turnkey solution for short-term rentals in multifamily communities, and make it easier for residents and apartment owners to share their space on Airbnb and benefit from home sharing. Since then, the firm has tapped smart noise monitoring company NoiseAware and vacation rental pricing tool PriceLabs as the exclusive noise monitoring platform and preferred revenue management platform respectively for Migo.

Fülhaus interior design packages will deliver “market-ready” finishes to Migo properties, vital for shaping the best home sharing experience, with recognised brands and furniture products. With the new affiliation, Fülhaus’ end-to-end design process will be offered to all residents and property owners / managers who list their apartments on Airbnb through Migo’s flexible living product.
