UK: Edinburgh based short-term rental management platform, mySTAYINN, has reached over £1 million in revenue growth within three years of being in business.

The company has reported that property listings have grown from 90 units in its first year to 340 by the middle of the third year. During this same period, revenue has increased from £182,000 to £1.2 million.

mySTAYINN said its occupancy rates have surpassed regional averages even with regulations around short-term rentals.

The company recorded overall occupancy of 73 per cent, with Edinburgh reaching 78 per cent and Inverness 72 per cent (between October 2024 and March 2026). Sites in Edinburgh and Cheltenham during peak travel periods have also reached occupancy levels above 90 per cent.

Pav Masutes, founder of mySTAYINN, said: “Our recent financial results are a testament to the fact that when you combine rigorous professional standards with smart technology, you don’t just survive market changes; you thrive.”

The company said it plans to continue expanding nationwide, focusing on purpose-built properties rather than traditional residential flats to support local tourism without impacting the housing supply.
