GuestReady harnesses AI to supercharge growth

UK: London-based property management company GuestReady is harnessing the power of artificial intelligence [AI] with the launch of two new AI-powered technology features.

The new product updates are launched within the company’s all-in-one property management system [PMS] RentalReady, which offers comprehensive functionality for managing short-term vacation rentals. RentalReady is currently used internally by GuestReady’s local teams as well as independent property managers who use the PMS to power their vacation rental business.

The software’s AI updates will be available to all RentalReady users.

Among the new AI-driven updates is the introduction of personalised, on-demand guest itineraries.

Incorporating information such as property address, guest demographics, trip purpose and length of stay, GuestReady’s AI planner generates a custom day-by-day itinerary for guests. The itineraries include the top ten recommended activities tailored to each guest’s preferences to ensure a memorable stay across GuestReady’s network of premium short-term properties.

In addition to the new guest-facing itinerary feature, GuestReady’s AI integration also enhances RentalReady’s guest communications, suggesting and improving answers to guest messages and emails directly within the platform’s unified mailbox. This feature enables guest-facing teams to respond swiftly and professionally, providing accurate information and addressing guest inquiries effectively.

According to François Lavie, chief technology officer at GuestReady, the AI integrations are part of a continuous commitment to innovation within the vacation rental management sector.

Lavie said: “GuestReady’s new AI tools further optimise RentalReady, already an industry-leading technology platform. Our guest-centric approach continues to guide us, as through an unwavering focus on continuously enhancing guest experience, we drive owner revenue, business growth and in essence, the industry forward.”

According to the company, the AI updates are part of a wider focus on AI spearheaded by a newly formed AI Guild within GuestReady’s product and engineering Team.

Lavie continued: “Our AI Guild allows us to stay proactive, agile, and at the forefront of new technology developments. AI presents a new opportunity for us to further automate repetitive tasks and processes, saving time and resources internally and for partner property managers to focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, and growing returns for owners.”

The AI-focused team is also currently working on smart replies to guest reviews, as well as improved internal communication features that will allow property managers, owners and other stakeholders to collaborate more efficiently. The features will further streamline GuestReady’s feedback management process, and enable faster and clearer communication internally and externally.

New features, new brand
