US: The property management system Guesty has launched ReplyAI Autopilot and AI Task Creation, adding a built-in AI agent to its property management system.

The new features automate guest communication, identify issues in real time, and generate ready-to-assign tasks.

ReplyAI is trained on each property manager’s tone of voice and preferences, allowing users to automate responses while setting controls such as confidence thresholds, message types, property-specific rules, and escalation for more complex interactions.

The ReplyAI Autopilot expands on ReplyAI with automation that understands guest intent and responds accordingly, rather than suggesting responses to the property manager. AI Task Creation then converts guests’ messages into operational tasks.

The AI system uses real-time data from reservations, listings, and guest interactions to improve accuracy, while allowing teams to retain oversight.
