US: Hospitable has launched an Owner and Property Manager Marketplace, aimed at connecting short-term rental owners and portfolio investors with property managers based on operational alignment and performance data.
The new service is designed to help match owners with managers whose business models and financial expectations fit from the outset.
Built into Hospitable’s platform, the marketplace allows owners to create profiles outlining financial goals, preferred level of involvement and asset strategy.
Based on this information, the system provides curated matches with property managers whose portfolio performance and commercial approach align with those criteria.
Hospitable said matches are informed by real operational data from within its ecosystem, rather than location or marketing claims alone. The service is open to individual owners and multi-property investors, including those who are not existing Hospitable customers.
For property managers, an opportunities dashboard surfaces key owner requirements upfront, including investment thresholds and support expectations, alongside projected revenue potential.
Hospitable said the launch reflects growing professionalisation in the short-term rental sector, with owners increasingly treating properties as long-term investment assets rather than side projects.
Pierre-Camille Hamana, founder and chief executive of Hospitable, said the marketplace is intended to introduce greater transparency earlier in the owner–manager relationship, helping both sides establish clearer expectations around performance and operations.
