Canada: Global vacation rental property management software Hostaway has announced the launch of its dynamic pricing tool.
Designed to maximise revenue and minimise hassle for vacation rental managers, the new feature will harness the power of billions of data points to set optimal nightly rates, offering a smarter way to price properties.
Dynamic Pricing by Hostaway is an automated solution that updates rates daily, ensuring property managers are always competitive while also saving precious time. Built into the Hostaway dashboard, the tool is designed to simplify workflows by eliminating the need for multiple applications and it features customisable options such as minimum price settings, stay lengths, and adjustments based on upcoming occupancy.

The dynamic pricing feature is now available to existing Hostaway customers and as part of Hostaway’s early access program.
It also follows the launch of Hostaway’s financial services product Hostaway Capital in partnership with fintech infrastructure startup Parafin in April. The product empowers Hostaway’s clients in the United States by providing flexible loans catered specifically to the unique needs of vacation rental property managers.
As it continues to support the growth and success of its vacation rental property management customers, Hostaway wants to position itself to offer financing options that are both accessible and adaptable to the dynamic nature of vacation rental property management.
Hostaway currently offers deep channel integrations with top industry players like Vrbo, Booking.com, and Airbnb, and a marketplace of over 150 software partners.
