Finland: To mark its 10th anniversary, all-in-one vacation rental software and management system, Hostaway has launched Hostaway AI.
Hostaway AI provides property managers with an AI Review Sentiment Analysis which automatically scans guest reviews, highlighting recurring complaints whilst also providing suggested advice.
The suite also offers a Host Quality Dashboard feature which tracks listing performance and guest sentiment across platforms to help property managers detect any trends in host performance, providing clear insight into team performance and listing quality.
It combines use of AI-driven automation tools including: AI Guest Replies, AI Listing Description Optimisation, AI Dynamic Pricing, AI Task Management, AI Message Automations and AI Payments and Protections. According to the company, the new suite is saving Hostaway customers an average of 60 minutes per reservation.
The launch follows Hostaway’s $375 million funding round in December. It is using this capital to accelerate its AI innovations. In its annual STR report last year, the company cited that more than half of surveyed operators rely on AI for daily-decision making and that tactics like dynamic pricing and upselling have surged in popularity, growing nearly 45% over the previous year.
