Urban Living Festival [ULF] will connect the global community of contemporary hospitality and real estate professionals to collectively define the future of how and where people stay, live and work. The market

• 55 per cent of the world’s population lives in urban areas, this is expected to reach 68 per cent by 2050. • In 1950, 79 per cent of the UK population lived in cities; this will rise to 92.2 per cent by 2030.
