Costa Rica: Private travel club Inspirato has partnered with new eco-luxury resort Costa Elena, in Costa Rica, so prospective vacation homeowners can invest in an emerging holiday destination.
Costa Elena’s contemporary collection of ocean view villas and undeveloped homesites look over Salinas Bay in the north west of the country, which is being developed into a luxury, amenitised resort with a full suite of amenities.
Inspirato offers a number of perks to homeowners in its collections, including a family membership scheme which provides access to selected luxury homes, hotels and unique experiences around the world. In addition, they will also have the opportunity to rent out their property if they are ever away.
Inspirato real estate director Matt Streelman said: “Costa Elena is a gorgeous oceanfront enclave that offers the best of both worlds: the chance to own a new vacation home or investment property, as well as the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a hidden gem vacation destination.”
Among Costa Elena’s current listings is a collection of Bay Villas overlooking Bolaños Island and the Orosi Volcano. It includes fully-furnished turnkey villas with a modern interior design and a pool with ocean views.
Prospective homeowners also have the option to select undeveloped homesites, ranging in size from three-quarters of an acre to one and a half acres.
Costa Elena founder Carlos Pellas said: “We are proud to pioneer an innovative partnership that redefines vacation home ownership in the region, with Inspirato’s unparalleled benefits.”
Costa Elena, based in the Guanacaste region, is continuing to upgrade amenities in its various resorts, including Dreams Las Mareas Resort and Spa and the soon-to-open Beach Village development.
Inspirato claims to be the world’s “leading expert in residential luxury real estate”, by offering a solution for buyers seeking the benefits of luxury vacation homeownership.
