UK: Global verification platform I-PRAC has announced a partnership with Edinburgh-based holiday rental marketing solution TravelNest to boost bookings for short-term rental property owners.
Utilised by short-term rental property owners worldwide, TravelNest aims to help its customers beat the competition on more than 30 booking sites, including the likes of Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia, by boosting performance across multiple booking sites.
By joining forces, I-PRAC said that TravelNest’s customers would be able to “prepare themselves for even bigger growth, further bookings and greater brand awareness”, as the platform will offer them 12-month free membership, subject to its official verification process.
Claiming to be the “only verification platform that guarantees 100 per cent protection against property rental fraud” I-PRAC verifies legitimate short-term rental operators as “I-PRAC Approved” when they have completed the verification process, with the aim to allow property owners to guarantee trust and confidence for their guests, thereby facilitating more bookings.
Its founder, Chris Maughan, said: “At the heart of I-PRACโs company ethos, is providing immense valueย and protecting the short-term rental industry. This is a fantastic opportunity forย TravelNestโs customers, as it will ensure guests are booking into their properties with confidence, knowing that theirย money and welfare is 100 per cent protected.
“Our tangible results tell usย that short-term rental operators who areย I-PRAC Approved, see their conversionย rates sky-rocket almost immediately.
“Weโre looking forward toย seeingย TravelNestโs community benefit from the same outstandingย value, and I encourage them all to make the most out of theirย I-PRAC approval. The value of it is simply unmatchable,” he added.
With the goal to increase conversion rates for I-PRAC members, TravelNest is also rolling out exclusive offers, in light of the newly-announced partnership.
After I-PRAC members have signed up with TravelNest, the platform claims that they will be able toย benefit from a “free listing optimisation call”, where an industry expert will review the property owner’s descriptions [as they will be published on the TravelNest platform] and share tangible advice on how they can improve their search rankings.
In addition, TravelNest is inviting I-PRAC members to use its exclusive photo offer, where property owners could make up to a 40 per cent saving in return for professional photographs of their properties.
Cameron Boal, VP of marketing at TravelNest, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with I-PRAC and providing these exclusive offers to their members. Weโve seen first-hand just how tough things have been for short-term rental property owners of late.
“This is why weโreย keen to support their recovery by offering our expertise in two key areas that have a direct impact on bookings – listing optimisationย and professional property photographs. Our goal is to help property owners get set up for success, in a post-Covid world,” he added.
