US: iTrip Vacations has expanded its short-term rental property management programme in North Carolina by opening a new company – iTrip Vacations Oak Island.
iTrip Vacations Oak Island is owned and managed by Hugh, Lisa and James Fosbury, a family living in Southport, North Carolina.
The vacation rental property management company will serve rental owners and guests in Caswell Beach, Oak Island and Southport. The full-service programme is designed to increase net rental income and guest reviews, while providing expansive digital marketing, free light maintenance, professional cleaning, and automatic-response systems.
Hugh Fosbury, iTrip Vacations Oak Island co-owner, said: “We are thrilled to partner with iTrip Vacations and expand to Oak Island and Southport. This opportunity allows us to offer world-class technology to market our owners’ properties while also providing exceptional local customer service to our guests.
“It is truly the best of both worlds,” he added.
The North Carolina expansion is part of a growing number of destinations managed by iTrip Vacations, the largest franchise brand serving the short-term rental property management industry in North America.
iTrip Vacations co-founder Steve Presley said: “iTrip Vacations continues to focus on innovation, automation and industry-leading technology.
