US: iTrip Vacations’ property management program is expanding in Florida with the launch of iTrip Vacations Pensacola as the company’s latest destination.
iTrip Vacations Pensacola is owned and managed by Chris Adams and Kevin Allard. It will serve rental owners and guests in Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, downtown, the historic district, East Hill and North Hill.
The full-service program is placing an emphasis on increasing net rental incomes and guest satisfaction, while providing international marketing, free light maintenance, 24/7 property care and automatic-response systems.

The addition in Florida is part of a growing number of destinations managed by iTrip Vacations.
