Luxury Lodges partners with Landal GreenParks

UK:ย Holiday resort brandย Luxury Lodges has partnered with Dutch holiday rental management companyย Landal GreenParks to capitalise on the demand for staycation destinations across west Wales.

Luxury Lodgesโ€™ portfolio includes four resorts across the country: Whitbarrow in the Lake District; Dylan Coastal Resort in west Wales; and Burn Coastal Retreat and Clowance, both in Cornwall. All properties have seen recent multi-million pound investment and improvements.

As a result of the collaboration, Landal will list the aforementioned locations on all of its platforms, while also supporting the management of the rental side of the business.

This partnership stems from the growing demand for holiday destinations within the UK, peaking during the pandemic and continuing as we begin to emerge from the pandemic.

Ross Grieve, managing director of Luxury Lodges, said: “It is a pleasure to announce the new partnership and we look forward to working with Landal GreenParks to showcase the resort experiences we have created. Having already invested millions into creating some of the finest resorts in the country we have taken the decision to expand our rental offering alongside our holiday home ownership scheme, with both markets experiencing a huge surge in popularity.

“By working with Landal we can build on the continuing uplift in UK vacationing and fulfil the demand that is there,” he added.

Paul Hardingham, managing partner of Landal GreenParks UK, said: “We are delighted to be bringing the Luxury Lodges sites under our umbrella in 2022. After an incredibly strong summer and autumn for the UK business we are looking at very ambitious growth plans going into the year, and this partnership, along with other recent deals, will mean we have 18 sites around the UK.”

Last year, vacation rental and holiday resorts operator, Awaze, sold the Landal GreenParks portfolio [comprising holiday parks in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, the UK, Hungary, The Netherlands, Austria, the Czech Republic and Switzerland] to Dutch vacation parks company Roompot for an undisclosed sum.
