Europe: Mandarin Oriental Exceptional Homes has expanded its portfolio with a series of new private villas across Europe, including properties in Italy, Spain, France and the UK.
The collection part of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group offers private homes with hotel-style services such as concierge support, private chefs and housekeeping.
New additions include Villa Petrucci in Florence, Trullo dei Pumi in Puglia, Villa Marzia in Sardinia and Castello di Procopio in Umbria in Italy. In Spain, the company has added properties in Marbella, the Costa Brava, Ibiza and Mallorca.
Other new homes include Villa Riviera in Saint-Paul de Vence, France, and Coombe End Manor in the Cotswolds, England.
The properties range from countryside estates, castles and coastal villas, with capacities ranging from eight to more than 20 guests.
Mandarin Oriental Exceptional Homes said the additions reflect growing demand for private accommodation that combines the privacy of villa stays with the services typically associated with luxury hotels.
