Operto partners with smart lock supplier Nuki
Worldwide: Operto Guest Technologies, a property automation system and purpose-built software for managing connected devices in guest accommodation, has announced an integration with European smart lock supplier Nuki.
The move ensures European short-term rental property managers and their guests can benefit from intelligent smart home controls, automated workflows and superior guest experience.
Furthermore, the integration brings enterprise grade keyless entry to property managers throughout Europe.
To date, Operto’s smart check-in, check-out and other operational efficiencies gained from smart locks in North America were not compatible on most European locks. The introduction of Nuki allows for a hardware retrofit that can support the majority of European lock types.

Nuki is also rolling out a solution for the Australian market, opening the door for another previously ignored market for smart locks. It has also recently launched a much-anticipated solution where existing intercoms in older buildings get turned into smart door openers.
Both developments are compatible with Operto and will support property managers looking for seamless guest entry.
