UK: Sharing economy insurance specialist Pikl has announced the recruitment of Angela Seymour-Jackson to its board as deputy chair.
Seymour-Jackson is a seasoned insurance industry specialist having held senior positions at AEGON, RAC and Aviva. She is currently a non-executive director with Trustpilot, GoCompare, Rentokil Initial, Janus Henderson and Page Group.
As deputy chair of Pikl, Angela brings with her a wealth of experience from working alongside and supporting entrepreneur CEOs from her time with esure, GoCompare and Trustpilot. With GoCompare and TrustPilot both being digital businesses that have been through the startup stages and established themselves as sector-leading brands, Pikl says that Seymour-Jackson is well placed to help the company’s founder and CEO, Louise Birritteri, achieve the same.
Seymour-Jackson said: “It’s rare that you come across the opportunity to work on something so genuinely unique and exciting as this.
